How the current website build handles cookies and local preferences.
The current Atxauction build does not load marketing trackers or analytics tags by default. It uses only a local browser preference to remember the cookie-notice choice and may rely on technical storage handled by your browser or hosting environment.
1. What we use now
- A local preference key that remembers whether you dismissed or accepted the site notice.
- Technical storage or session handling that may be created automatically by your browser or the hosting environment.
2. What we do not use in this build
- No advertising cookies.
- No cross-site remarketing tags.
- No analytics scripts loaded by default.
3. Third-party assets
The site embeds photographs served from external media CDNs. Those asset requests are made to display the page correctly, but the current site build does not intentionally deploy separate advertising or analytics cookies through those assets.
4. How to manage preferences
You can clear local storage or cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may cause the notice to appear again on your next visit.
5. Future changes
If analytics, personalization, or marketing technologies are added later, this policy and the site notice should be updated before those tools are activated.
